HIPAA (Health Insurance Patient Accountability Act)
CRT Medical Systems, Inc. is prepared to handle the HIPAA changes both from the software standpoint as well as the compliance side. For the past year we have already met the OIG requirements. CRT Medical Systems, Inc. has acquired the necessary software to perform a Self Assessment for HIPAA compliance for each of its clients. The assessment we perform will tell you whether your heading in the right direction for compliance and what remains to be done to bring yourself in compliance by April 2003.
Our staff have also been trained and are looking at continued education to make certain that we are a step ahead of the changes coming from HIPAA's rulings.
