You know the practice of healthcare has changed dramatically in the last five years. I don’t think anyone would disagree with the fact the labor costs are going up, reimbursements are going down and the patient is being required to share a bigger burden of the healthcare costs through higher deductibles, higher co-pays and denied services. We simply cannot continue to apply the same business metrics to today’s medical practice that we did five years ago. Here’s a good example of what I’m referring to in terms of changing the way medical practices operate today. How many of us today do payroll in house? The companies like ADP and Paychecks do the majority of companies and the reason they do it is they do it more efficiently and they do it for less money. It doesn’t make sense to do it in house. I believe that medical practices need to look at doing the same thing within their operations and CRT’s in a unique position to be able to provide that solution through its ASP or Full Management Outsourcing Solutions that reduce costs and improve collections and profitability. This is a business, it’s the business of delivering healthcare and there’s no way we can deliver world class healthcare unless we collect the monies from those services that we render. That’s where we believe CRT is in a unique position to help. And we believe that outsourcing and ASP Solutions is just one way of making practices allow doctors to be doctors.
