For 30 years CRT has worked relentlessly on determining ways to better collect money more efficiently and with fewer denials. We believe that that process requires a dedicated group of people to understand what the insurance companies are attempting to do to make it so the claim will be paid. The fact of the matter is the rules keep changing every single month, the target keeps moving and the only way that any practice can be successful is to be a step ahead of the insurance carriers to understand what needs to be done in order for a claim to be paid. CRT has worked very hard at doing just that, therefore being able to deliver the collection of money at a more efficient level than what most practices can do internally.
