The dedicated account specialist really becomes part of your practice, they take over the billing side so you don’t have to worry about it. The doctor may be used to going to the office manager to get information and they can still do that because what we do is we really learn about your practice and find out what works best for your practice so we want to continue that as much as we can and offer suggestions on how to improve workflow. So if the doctors used to going to that office manger the doctor can still continue to do that they can just go to our dedicated account specialist, get the information and provide that to the doctor. So we just become part of your team and offer solutions and get to know the uniqueness of your practice.
